Amy Sprague Champeau, LMFT

Areas of Expertise: Amy Champeau has been a psychotherapist for over 25 years and has maintained a full-time private practice since 2002. She is a licensed marriage and family therapist in Wisconsin, Illinois and Arizona. In her work as a Jungian analyst, she blends dreamwork, creative expression, and body-oriented and somatic approaches. Her style is highly interactive and has been described as “a blend of practicality and spirituality”. Her areas of specialty include trauma release (including EMDR and TRE), creativity coaching, intuitive painting, and healing our money complexes. She has been a frequent speaker on Jungian topics in Chicago and enjoys offering clinical supervision and professional development coaching to mental health clinicians.
Education: Amy holds an MS in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northwestern University and completed a post-graduate fellowship at The Family Institute of Chicago. She also holds a diploma in Jungian Analysis from The C.G. Jung Institute of Chicago. Amy is also a certified practitioner of Integral Bodywork, EMDR, and TRE; and is the founder of Moment-to-Moment Painting, an Intuitive Process.
